Cancellation Policy

We aim to process all booking requests within 24 hours. If the room you requested is not available we will do our best to find a similar option. We are a small Inn and we appreciate your understanding of our cancellation policy.

  • Two Week Cancellation Notice Required for suites (see below)
  • 30 Day Cancellation Notice Required for multiple suites (see below)
  • Check-in time is 4:30 p.m., check-out is 10:30 a.m.

A minimum length of stay may be required over weekends, holidays, K-State football games, K-State graduation and special events. A $25.00 processing fee per room per night at the Inn or the Event Center is charged for cancellations for any reason.

Two Week Cancellation Notice is required for individual suites; 30 day Cancellation Notice required for multiple suites and multiple nights. Your reservation deposit of 25% to hold the suites is non-refundable. If we are unable to fill the vacancy left by your cancellation you will be responsible for the balance of your reservation. We give you priority when a reservation is made and may turn business away to keep your suite(s) or the Event Center and Meadow reserved for you.

Your credit card will be automatically charged if cancellation notice is not received via phone.
